Account Manager (32 Hours/Week, Remote)

The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager who’s organized and people-first — someone who loves both strategy and systems, and who isn’t afraid to nerd out with us over a well-built project plan.

You'll work directly with our clients, our CEO, and our internal team to keep projects moving smoothly, make sure deadlines are met, and help translate big ideas into action.

This isn’t just project management — it’s relationship management. We need someone who is:

Great at seeing both the big picture and the next best step

Energized by fast-paced creative environments

Excited to work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations

You Might Be Our Nerd If You...

✓ Have experience in a creative agency, nonprofit, or both

✓ Are fluent (or professionally proficient) in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus

✓ Love project management tools (Asana nerds, unite!)

✓ Thrive on collaboration but can manage your own deadlines

✓ Feel comfortable using or learning AI tools to boost productivity

✓ Can balance strategy and follow-through (you can see the big vision and hit “publish” on today’s email)

✓ Have a people-first mindset, meaning you know work gets done with people, not around them

What You'll Do

Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Coordinate between the client, CEO, and internal creative team to make sure tasks, deliverables, and approvals are moving

Keep Asana organized and updated (and maybe even color-coded!)

Help anticipate potential roadblocks before they become issues

Communicate wins, updates, and opportunities to clients with warmth and professionalism

Ensure every project we touch makes our clients feel seen, heard, and supported
